Too Funny. . .

People amaze me with their stupidity. . . .

Ahh. . .I am so sore

Ran my timed mile yesterday. 8 min 43 seconds. Still down from my original timed mile. I think running on the treadmill is different from running on the track. I need to go back to the track. I am still having a hard time breathing during my mile and my lungs are on fire afterwards. But all this running has paid off. I lost another pound. I still have 6.5 lbs to go to my goal weight.

Training Log

I fell behind slightly at the end of last week because I started feeling bad on Wednesday night, so I skipped Friday's run and did my timed mile on Saturday. My mile on Saturday was 9:30. I gained a minute on my mile, but I think it was because I still felt under the weather. I did not run on Sunday due to family obligations, but Monday I ran 3 miles. I felt like I was going to die, but it was very rewarding because I finally feel like I can actually do this 5k! yay! Day off tomorrow and then Wednesday is another 3 miles.
