Turkey Trot 5K

The Turkey Trot went really well yesterday. I beat my last race time by 3 minutes. I ran the 5K in 26:20. The next race will be a 10K in March. The distance is going to be really tough for me but I am very excited!

Only 7 days

It is now approaching the end of the semester and I have not been running nearly as hard as I was back in September. It is only 7 days until my 2nd 5K and I am so nervous. My fitness level is still high, but I don't think I have improved nearly as much as I wanted!
