On September 13 I plan on running my first 5K race. I have never been a big runner before, but running is the best way for me to get into shape and commune with nature. I have 30 days to train. Yikes!
Yesterday 8/11/08-Monday-Day 1
*Jogged for 20 minutes, walked for 5 minutes, Jogged for 20 minutes-45 minutes total
